FAQ

1. Where do you provide services?
We provide services in the Vancouver lower mainland and Fraser Valley areas. Vancouver,
Richmond, Burnaby, Surrey, Langley, Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, Abbotsford and Mission are
the cities and town where these services are rendered to at this time.

2. What are the costs of your home care services?
Every client we serve will service a custom care plan specific to their needs. Factors that
determine the cost of are

 Number of hours of care per week
 Level of home care services received (nonmedical, nursing care, complex care
with at least 2 personnel at all times)

You can call us and book an appointment for an in-home consultation to begin discussing a
custom care plan and rates for each service on your plan.
We always provide a written information sheet with rates prior to initiating care services. Rates
will not be increased without at least 2 weeks notice.

3. Do I pay the caregiver directly?
No. You or an authorized representative are only invoiced after the completion of services.
Usually this happens weekly. You will never be asked to pay anything extra to the caregiver.
